Subsea Infrastructure Partners (SIP) owns the critical infrastructure used in gathering, processing, and transporting oil & gas offshore, including platforms (shallow and deep-water), laterals, and subsea infrastructure.  SIP’s primary area of focus is the Gulf of Mexico.

The SIP team has decades of experience building, installing, and operating offshore oil & gas infrastructure in the Gulf of Mexico and internationally.

SIP partners with GOM producers that have a strong safety and environmental culture and track record. SIP allows producers to focus their capital on the drill bit to increase production and reserves while still having access to critical infrastructure on cost effective terms.  SIP partners with Producers throughout the lifecycle of an offshore oil & gas field to:

•Monetize existing infrastructure

•Acquire existing E&P assets and infrastructure

•Construct / install new infrastructure

SIP has a deep understanding of all aspects of offshore oil & gas exploration and production. We take a reservoir driven approach to provide flexible solutions for producer’s existing and new infrastructure.

SIP has the flexibility to own all or parts of the offshore oil & gas production infrastructure, including:

Production Platforms – fixed and floating production platforms

Laterals – oil and natural gas pipelines

Subsea Infrastructure – the entire subsea system from production trees to and including risers and laterals.
